There are few occasions in a school's calendar that capture the spirit of our community quite like Annual Derby Day. It is a day that celebrates far more than sporting competition—it celebrates tradition, character, and the pride of belonging.
Over the coming days, our learners will take to the fields, courts, stages, and sidelines with determination, respect, and passion. While we all hope for success, our greatest expectation is that every member of our school represents our values with integrity, humility, and sportsmanship.
Derby Day is the culmination of months of preparation by our learners, coaches, educators, support staff, and parents. Their commitment and countless hours of dedication make this event possible, and for that we are sincerely grateful.
To our visiting school, we extend a warm welcome. May this weekend strengthen the friendships and healthy rivalry that have developed over many years. Competition is at its best when it inspires excellence while fostering mutual respect.
