The Inside Story

On Tuesday after practice, the U18A hockey team stood in a circle on Astro A and each player said why this final InterSchools matters to her. Some girls talked about friendships, some about their parents, and one of us talked about a grandmother who never misses a game.
By the end, everyone was teary and smiling at the same time.
That huddle reminded me that we're playing for more than a result. We're playing for each other and for everyone who has helped us get here.
Wednesday at 14:00 is our last game in the SchoolDemo colours at InterSchools. Let's make it unforgettable.
